  1. How do I register in the online shop?

    Please refer to I am a new customer. How do I place my first order?

Ordering

  1. Who can place an order in the www.corso.de online shop?

    Sales are only made to traders with a valid trade licence.

  2. I am a new customer. How do I place my first order?

    Step 1 – Registering:

    You can register in our shop free of charge and without obligation.

    To do so, just click on the by post, e-mail or fax. Once we have received the trade licence, you will automatically be sent your access data for the online shop.

    We kindly ask you to be patient during this procedure as the connection is done manually and may take some time.

    Step 2 – Ordering:

    You can now use all the shop’s functions and enter your first order. Check the functions out and see for yourself just how good they really are.

    After you have sent us your order, we will send you a confirmation of the order by e-mail.

    Step 3.1 – Reserving the goods:

    The goods will be reserved for you as soon as you receive confirmation of the order by e-mail.

    Step 3.2 – Sending your bank direct debit authorisation:

    We can only start processing the reserved goods in your order once we have received a bank direct debit authorisation (this only applies to customers from Germany).

    We will prepare a completed form for you to download, containing the bank details you entered for your first order. Alternatively, you can download a blank form here, print it out and fill it in by hand.

    Please sign the form and send it to us by fax or post so that we can continue with your order.

    Step 4 – Credit assessment:

    A credit assessment is carried out for all new customers after receipt of their first order. This assessment is done immediately and we will only continue to work with the customer if a positive result is established.

    Step 5 – Prepayment:

    We kindly ask for your understanding that we require a prepayment of 50% of the order amount for first orders.

    The remaining amount will be debited from your account after the delivery of your order.

    Step 6 – Delivery of goods:

    We will deliver your order after receipt of the prepayment and bank direct debit authorisation.

    You will receive the goods after approximately three working days.

    Step 7 – Invoicing:

    We will send you the invoice within one week of shipping the goods.

  3. Can I send my bank direct debit authorisation by fax?

    Yes, you can also send us the bank direct debit authorisation by post, e-mail or fax.

  4. Where can I get the form for the bank direct debit authorisation?

    You will receive a completed version of the bank direct debit authorisation during the registration process (see Step 3.2).

    If you already entered your bank details in the “My Corso” area before placing your first order, you will not be asked for them again during the ordering process. In this case, we ask you to download this blank form. Please sign the form and send it to us by post or fax to the given address/fax no.

  5. Why can I not see any prices?

    As we are a wholesaler, it is only possible for licenced traders to see the wholesale prices.

    If you run a trade or business, you can easily register free of charge. Then just follow the registration process described in this document. As soon as you are successfully registered, you will be able to see the excellent prices at Corso for yourself.

  6. How long are the offers in the shop valid?

    Please understand that our offers are only valid while supplies last.

    Once an item has sold out, it will be automatically marked as such and you will no longer be able to click on it.

  7. Can I get a quantity discount?

    You will be given a quantity discount if you click on the “I’ll take everything” button, thereby placing the entire range of the item into your basket. The size of the discount varies as it depends on criteria such as overall amount and availability of sizes.

  8. Can I combine orders so that I only pay the shipping costs once?

    Of course you can place several orders in our shop during a single day.

    If the orders are to be sent to the same address, items will be add automatically to an existing order.

    If you would like to seperate your orders, have a look under Point 3 “Order data” on the display and click on the “Seperate order” button (see screenshot).

    At the top of the screen, the confirmation will now appear, highlighted in green, that the item(s) has/have been added to a new order. Now click on the “Submit order” button to complete this process and send off the updated order (see screenshot).

  9. How will I know that my order has been received?

    After completing the order process in the online shop, we will send you notification of the receipt of the order by e-mail.

    In addition, you can always view your orders in the “My Corso” area and, if necessary, print them out.

    If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail and find that your order is not in the correct section of the “My Corso” area, please contact us immediately.

Deliveries

  1. What are the postage and packing (P&P) rates?

    P&P rates are based on the net value of goods per order.
    We’ve provided an overview of our P&P flat rates for all country zones.

    TOP delivery times: 2 to 3 days nationwide in Germany, 2 to 5 days abroad
    Orders that are placed before 12.00 a.m. will be handed over to the parcel service by our warehouse on the following working day.

    For first orders, the delivery will be delayed until we receive your bank direct debit authorisation and the 50% prepayment of the order amount. As soon as we receive the payment, we will hand over your order to the parcel service on the following day.

  2. How can I return goods?

    Do you have anything to complain? If the goods do not correspond to the descriptions given in the online shop (e.g. wrong colour) or if they are defective, then please contact us and send us the excel file below with the following information.

    - order number
    - customer data
    - item number and amount
    - reason for rejection

    Please, also include a photo of the item, showing the error.

    It is not possible to return the goods without prior consultation with us.

  3. Which types of payment are possible at the online shop?

    Customers in Germany must pay exclusively by direct debit. Customers from abroad can only pay in advance.

  4. Do the prices shown in the online shop include VAT?

    Our retail prices are net prices (plus VAT). The VAT is only calculated and displayed during the ordering process when the items are in the shopping basket.

    Please observe the following rules regarding the determination of VAT in the ordering process:

    - Customers in Germany must pay the VAT currently applicable there.
    - Customers outside Germany but with their headquarters in the EU and who possess a (valid) VAT identification number do not have to pay VAT.
    - Customers outside Germany but with their headquarters in the EU and who do not possess a (valid) VAT identification number must pay the VAT currently applicable in Germany.
    - Customers outside Germany with their headquarters outside the EU do not have to pay VAT.

  5. How much are the shipping costs?

    The shipping costs are described within the deliveries section for deliveries.

  6. When will I get the invoice?

    We will send you the invoice within one week of shipping the goods. If you do not receive it, then please contact us.

Personal data

  1. What should I do if I forget my password?

    If you forget your password, just click on “Username/ forgot password” in the login field. A new password will then be sent to you by e-mail. You can change your password again at any time in the “My Corso” area.

  2. How can I change my customer data?

    When you are logged in, you can change your customer data in the “My Corso” area at “Change profile”-> “Customer data”. Please note that you cannot change all the data displayed there. Data that you may not change include trade details (owner of trade licence, company address, VAT identification number, ...) that you entered when registering. If you would like these data to be changed, then please contact us.

  3. How can I enter a new delivery address?

    The company address you gave during the registration process is also your first delivery address. At “Delivery addresses” in the “My Corso” area, you can enter more delivery addresses and state which one should be used as the standard delivery address.

Shop functions

  1. What is the “watchlist” and what functions does it offer me?

    You can add items to your watchlist in the detailed view of the individual items. If, for example, you are not yet sure if you wish to purchse an item, you can simply add it to your “watchlist”. You will always be able to directly access these items in the watchlist overview in the “My Corso” area, without having to search around for them. You will also be able to delete items from your watchlist there.

    You have the option to be informed by e-mail of any price changes to the items in your watchlist.

    Please note that the items in your watchlist can only be reserved for you once your order is complete.

  2. What is the function of “Favourites”?

    Are you interested in certain parts of the range and wish to access them quickly? You will find a filter box on each item overview page, which you can use to narrow your search.

    The path that you take when filtering is displayed above the filter box. You can save this path by clicking to the right of “Save selection”.

    This will help you to find the items you are interested in more quickly.

    You can also add several favourites.

    You will find an overview of your favourites either really quickly using the “Favourites” navigation bar or in “My Corso” - “My Favourites”.

  3. How can I search for items in the online shop?

    There are two ways to search for items in the online shop. On the one hand, you can use the search field at the top and in the middle of each page. You can enter item or product range descriptions here, or even item numbers. While making your entry, the integrated search engine will make suggestions (so-called autocomplete). If your search returns no hits, the search engine will suggest an alternative term similar to your own search query.

    On the other hand, you can use the product range navigation to navigate directly to the items you are looking for.

    When using both the search engine and the product range navigation, you will be supported by an innovative filter box.

  4. How can I further limit my selection of items?

    You can use the filter box to further limit your selection.

    Each selection is highlighted in bold.

    You can reverse your filtering at any time by deleting individual ticks from the path above the filter box or simply by making another selection in the main navigation.

    You can hide the filter box to be able to see more items. To do this, click below and to the right of “Hide filter box”. To bring it back, just click on “Show filter box”.

  5. What does the interests profile do?

    You can use the “interests profile” to select which of the product ranges you are particularly interested in. You will then be welcomed by recommended items on your personal home page every time you log in on www.corso.de. You can change or delete your interest profile at any time in “My Corso”.

  6. How can I keep up to date on all the latest offers?

    Our newsletter will inform you free of charge and without any obligations on all the latest offers and campaigns.

    You can use our website to subscribe to and unsubscribe from our newsletter whenever you like.

  1. What is the loyalty bonus?

    The loyalty bonus is redeemable only in combination with orders and can’t be exchanged for cash.

    With the loyalty bonus we want to thank you for your trust and loyalty. Therefore, every quarter you have the opportunity to get a loyalty bonus every three month.

    Secure your loyalty bonus with a minimum order of 2,500.- Euro total orders per quarter.

    How do I redeem the loyalty bonus?

    To redeem the loyalty bonus it is an essential condition that you reached the minimum order value. The minimum order is always based on the content of your current shopping basket. It cannot be achieved by adding one order to another.

    You need to copy your personal loyalty bonus code. Within the third step of the order process insert the code into the coupon box and click the confirm button (screenshot).

    What else do I need to know about the loyalty bonus?
    - The total amount counted for the bonus program applies to orders within the CORSO onlineshop. The net sum value of your orders can be seen at My Corso "-" My Orders ""View orders ". The date of contract is the delisive date for the quarter (shown above).
    - The loyalty bonus is redeemable after notification by email until the end of the following quarter.
    - Corso - Wholesale reserves the right to change the grading of the loyalty bonus anytime staggered times to the end of a quarter without any demand to a further loyalty.
    - Per order only one loyalty bonus is redeemable. The loyalty bonus can’t be combined with other vouchers.
    - The loyalty bonus is not transferable.
    - The loyalty bonus scale is subject to change

    You need an example for the loyalty bonus?

    Mr. Smith has placed the following orders in the quarter with total sales of 2518, - Euro (net).

    + Order: 575,- Euro (net)

    Mr. Smith has achieved a total turnover for the quarter of > 2.500, - Euro (net), he will receive an email with his personal loyalty bonus code over 75, - Euro at the beginning of the next quarter.

    After that he can redeem the loyalty bonus until the end of the following quarter.

    In the next quarter Mr. Smith orders goods at the CORSO Overstock-Wholesale online shop and at the same time he would like to redeem the loyalty bonus.

    Order: 317, - Euro (net)

    As Mr. Smith has filled the shopping basket at items with a value of 317, - Euro (net), the minimum order value of 250, - Euro for the redemption of the loyalty bonus is achieved. Now he redeems the loyalty bonus over 75, - Euro. Therefore, Mr Smith copies the loyalty bonus code from his email and inserts it in the voucher box and confirms it.

    Mr. Smith’s order is now 242, - Euro (net).
    This amount already counts for the newly started quarter as part of the total sales.

  2. What does PowerShopping mean?

    PowerShopping means that you will recieve a special offer at a fixed hour. The date will be announced in advance, in our newsletter or on our homepage.

  3. How do I redeem a voucher?

    You will find new items in our shop every day.

    New goods appear in the shop Mondays to Fridays at around 10.00 p.m., while the special offers appear at various times.

  6. Will I get to see additional offers after registering?

    Once you are a registered customer and have been successfully connected to our system, you will see exactly the same items as non-registered customers. However, you will also be shown the prices for the items.

  7. I’m looking for items that I can collect immediately.

    If you are looking for items that you can pay for on site and take with you immediately, you should visit one of our wholesalers.

  8. I’m looking for large quantities of items; where can I get them?

    If it’s quantity you’re after, then check out our showroom.

    In order to visit the showroom, please make an appointment with a member of our sales team.

  9. May photos from the online shop be used for the further sale of items?

    You can download the photos of the items you order for 3 months and keep them for your records.

    It is forbidden, however, to use the photos for commercial purposes (see section “Characteristics of Origin”, in the General Terms and Conditions).

    You can conclude a photo usage agreement if you wish to use the photo data from Apart Impressions. If you are interested in doing so, then please send a signed copy of the agreement to the address given therein for Apart International GmbH.
